Payment
All Brush Fire pieces are hand-painted to order. Payment must be made at time of placing the order by Visa, Master Card or American Express. Please contact us by email if you'd like to arrange payment by PayPal. Please note that all orders are final sales and there will be no refunds or exchanges.

Shipping
Please note that shipping is only available in Canada at this time. 

All Ground Orders are charged $25 per piece for shipping and handling.  Should you require rush delivery, a quote will be given to you at the time of your order confirmation. 

Gift Wrapping
We're happy to offer gift wrapping service to any piece you order from us. For an additional $5 per piece we'll wrap your order in coloured cellophane and tie it with a bow.

Freight Claims
Please check your deliveries immediately and report any damage to us within 7 days. Also, please save all packaging material if you discover your piece has arrived damaged.

Requesting a Replacement Piece
Brush Fire Ceramics will not accept returned merchandise without prior approval. All of our pieces are hand-painted to order and may not be returned unless they are damaged. If breakage occurs, just send us a photo of the damaged piece and we will send out a replacement at no cost to you. If we've made a mistake on a personalized order, please advise us immediately and we'll get a replacement piece out to you A.S.A.P. Please return your original piece via mail and we'll send out the new piece as soon as we receive the original. A credit will be applied for the return shipping fee.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is generally between three to four weeks from the date of order. Should you require a rush order, a fee may apply.
